ABOUT ME
I have been lucky enough to share my home with five amazing dogs, each of which has challenged me in different ways. My dogs are not perfect, nore would I want them to be, I want them to be free to be themselves and do dog things. Many of my dogs have struggled with anxiety and sensitivities. Their challenges have meant I've had to work really hard to educate myself on dogs and how to help them be comfortable in today's modern world. We've attended numerous training classes and workshops in lots of different things including Hoopers, Scentwork, Positive Gundog Training, Focus and Engagement.
I am passionate about kindness and train using positive reinforcement. I believe in teaching dogs appropriate behaviour in a way that promotes a strong bond with the dog and makes them feel safe. I am passionate about continued CPD and regularly study with providers such as Canine Principles and the ISCP. I am an Intro member with the Association of INTODogs.
I am qualified in canine first aid, fully insured and DBS checked.

SOLO WALKS
I specialise in solo walks / single households.
Having lived with sensitive dogs and having completed several certificates in fear and reactivity, my skillset allows me to tailor walks for those dogs that need an extra helping hand. I'm passionate about building strong relationships with dogs and helping them feel safe on walks.
Solo walks are also ideal for dogs that need unique exercise requirements such as puppies or seniors, as well as busy excitable dogs that need a little more training.

Excitable dog that wants to say Hi to everyone and lacks focus?
Duke and I will accompany you for an onlead walk where we practice parallel walking.
